My experience was amazing! The gentleman that did my nails today was very caring and very professional and kind! My nails are amazing! Best nails I've had. He actually cared about his job and he cared how I was. The young little man that greeted me was very sweet and very professional for such a young man! I enjoyed his company and his helping out. I really truly enjoyed my time there. Elegant Nails has a 5 star rating from me, 😊😊!

Cut my granddaughter with file. She is grown. Messy sloppy nails. Didn't let her wash her hands after drill work. Polish all over her hands. Over charged and put her hands on me and pushed me out of shop. Will not go back, will not recomend.

I tried giving this place a chance and I definitely regret it. My first experience was terrible that it will definitely be my last. They absolutely didn’t even try. They didn’t touch my cuticles actually came out worse and dryer than ever. If I could give this place a zero star I would. Dip nails were done so bad and ugly. Filing left so messy. I got there before anyone arrived and once people started showing up they left me to help them. Literally just left me there. No one told me to wait a minute for my nails to dry even checked up to see if they were dry. Just left there. I actually had to decide for myself to leave. Would post I picture of this mess but I don’t know to you download it

I went in the morning to have get a new set. My nails turned out horrendous. And i paid $70 plus tipped $10 so I’m very upset and would like my money back.customer service was great!
