If I'm going to pay almost $20 a piece to get my kids hair cut you could at least attempt to knock some of the hair off of their faces. No gel or styling at all. Very disappointed.

After three hours and $120.00 later I came out with a cut that looks NOTHING like the photo I showed the stylist and highlights and still show my roots. Over 15 years of getting my highlights in my hair I have never went and the stylist not use a dryer to set the color and make it bright blonde. This salon doesn't even have a dryer in the store! Absolutely dissatisfied with their service and of course their policy is no refunds!! So I get to go pay another salon to fix what should've been done right the first time! $120.00 may not seem like a lot of money to waste to some but to me I think $120.00 should get excellent quality and accuracy of service!
