WORST NAILS EVER. I came in and asked for a simple gel nail color on my own nails and my mom asked for a pedicure. The woman who did my nails kept jerking my hands around, and at one point removed the covering on her thumb nail to reveal a jagged, black nail which she proceeded to use to smear polish on the side of my fingers with, and left messy, bubbly uneven nails. I asked the manager to fix the mess because there was polish all around my nails, and he said he didn’t see a problem. He cleaned 2 nails and then stopped and said it was the color I had picked that was the problem. Meanwhile, my mom got a rude technician who didn’t do anything when she said she had cold water in her basin, didn’t scrub her feet, and we both got charged for the full services. Not once were we offered an apology or even to provide the easy remedies to our problems. I will NEVER come back and neither will my mom and we encourage you to go LITERALLY anywhere else

Came in with daughter for pedi and full set nails had a cold water pedi without proper scrub of heels or feet. Asked for warmer water was ignored, after pedi they forgot about my full nail set and moved me to dry feet while they continued with our customers. My tech never looked at me or gave me her name when she was done she said “you’re done”. My daughter requested a gel nail manicure her tech did such a bad job she had gel nail polish around her entire nailbed. She requested they clean it up the owner told her he saw no problem and it was because of the color! They ignored us until we left never offered a discount or to correct their mistakes. I understand now why they’re always available come once learn your lesson don’t come back! These services are not cheap and they should improve all around customers service and work. Very disappointed!

I went here 2 weeks if I could give it zero stars I would there was this Hispanic/Mexican lady working so horrible first off didnt use clean tools so i had to tell her to use clean tools. And 2nd she cut me on 3 of my fingers I was bleeding I pulled my hand away and didn't let her finish.....i was so mad I just walked out and didn't pay.....the owner proceeds to stop me saying you have to me.....i showed him my hand and said me no pay and walked out.....never ever go there people save your money.....

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in and no one even talked to me or acknowledged that I was there, I should have walked out then. My nails are horrible! They are uneven, crooked, and some longer than the others. I will never go back here! Save your money please!
