I booked a makeup appointment with Bunny Martel 3 months in advance for a family wedding. At the time of booking I was put on a run around whether or not they would be able to make the appointment. I should have taken this as a sign and looked elsewhere from the get go. However I had heard that they do a good job, so I stuck around. They finally okay'ed the appointment 2 weeks later. About 2 weeks before the appointment they called to ask me for my credit card number so that they can charge my credit card even if I don't make the appointment. I thought this was strange, but they said it is policy because they have had cancellations in the past so close to the appointment. I knew I would make the appointment, so I complied. Then, at 9:45 AM the day of the wedding, I got a call not from Bunny Martel, but from a "middle man." This person called on behalf of Bunny Martel, cancelling my appointment. I didn't even understand the reason for the cancellation, but it sounded like others had cancelled and that the makeup artist didn't want to come in for just one person. It was done very unprofessionally and I could not believe that they had the audacity to cancel me at the last minute, after all that. I felt like charging THEIR credit card. I was then put on another run around trying to find someone to accommodate me at the last minute.
I am really unimpressed with this place. I would not use them again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

Well,i have been to this place 3-4 times. I was coming with gap of 3-4 weeks i can say that i was treated graet.I worked with two different women and both were very friendly. More than that. They do pedicure very carefully. I love this place.

Watch out, big time.
If you are not a regular at this snooty establishment, you are treated like an outsider, forced to wait even past your appointment time, and they act as if you are a nuisance.
I had a 6:00 PM mani appt. They let me sit till 8:00, told me that they were busy, and running late, and then told me to leave because they were closing. I told them I had been sitting for 2 hrs, and Bunny herself said "Gee sorry"
Needless to say I never went back.
Really not a nice place.
And guess what Kathy if someone dripped wax on me I would not be calling it decent.
Save your money and go to a real spa/.
