I haven't been in a JCPenney store in probably 30 years. I'm not a mall shopper and it wouldn't be at the top of my list if I DID stop by a mall. But I've moved and my shopping options have changed. I WAS SO IMPRESSED! I spent over $200 and could have easily spent more...when I was just walking through to get to the mall. LOL. The styles and inventory has greatly improved since my last visit. It seemed like a store for old people before. Now, I've either aged enough to appreciate this store now (quite possible) or the store has changed it's image. Anyway, I'm a new customer now.

Thank you SO much Rachel. Rachel is SOOO gifted and did amazing with my hair & also taught me so much about my hair! So much knowledge and so personable! Seriously THE BEST. I love 💗 my hair and love this salon. I highly recommend Rachel and this salon!!

I managed to find a very nice outfit that my husband loved to death on me. It's well laid out. The dressing room was really hidden on the back wall though.

A good selection of seasonal clothing. I'm over 6 ft and they have a good selection of clothing for big and tall
