Holly fixed a broken nail (Freehand without a tip glued on) and did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them. A lot of places try to make your nails long as possible so you need a fill sooner. She aims to please and took the time to get to know me. She understood that I needed short and not sharp nails because I have a baby. For a fill with gel and to fix the nail it cost 22 dollars, a fraction of what I was paying at California nail design. She was gentle and never hurt me or cut me. Also, she made sure to file the nails in a way so they looked and felt natural, making them thinner at the edges and not so thick. Definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was correct If you don't want to wait come in right when they open. The later it gets the busier it is.

My favorite nails place to go to. Van always does wonderful work. I bring her some tough designs sometimes and she always finds away to please her customers. I highly recommend Vans.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! My sister and I came her and got full sets two weeks later we go for a fill. First they are very rude. About a week later one of my nails breaks off, i notice that my nails were green so i popped the rest of my nails off and the rest were green. She told me to wash my hands and she said it would come off so i did and it never came up and i came to the place and they were being so rude and i asked for the manager she said it’s her but she refused to give me her name and then i asked again and she said she was not the manager and then we asked everyone else and they were all quite. they yelled at us and kicked us out.

I love how Van does my nails, but my last 2 visits no bueno. I had an appointment & she always keeps me waiting, theres always 2 👭ahead of me. Never going back.
