I got a pedicure for the first time at this location Sunday August 25,2019 I was excited I hadn’t got a pedi a while and I was not happy with the outcome I paid for my services and tipped because it was the right thing to do I’m not sure what was the women’s name who did my nails but I don’t plan on getting my nails done there ever again I’m all about customer care and I love when they take their time but I’m not sure if the lady knew what she was doing my nail posh looked clumpy so I explained to her she tried again but it just didn’t look professional and I paid extra because I got to toes powdered and they both didn’t look right she also left nail polish around my nail area on my skin she tried wiping it off twice but I guess she was rushing it didn’t come off so I left anyways I paid over $40 on something I wasn’t happy with not including tip I didn’t even get a receipt Either

Went in for a refill - 1 1/2 hours later and I am having to file my nails more because she refused to listen to how I told her to shape them. Not only was the shape wrong, I kept trying to tell her that it wasn't what I wanted and she just continued to make it worse. The kicker came when she roughly sliced down my finger with the sharp nail file causing my finger to bleed for 5 mins. She also didn't remove all the colored powder from last time so you can see the purple over the pink. She was rude and refused to listen to me.
I am home and fuming that I left her any tip at all. It's really hard for me to completely skip the tip but upon review, I should have given 0! It was truly that awful of an experience. I will never go back here again. I was appalled with the way I was treated, made to bleed pretty bad and then the finished quality. HORRIBLE.

I got my eyebrows, lip, and chin area waxed. Two days later and I woke up with redness and white head pimples EVERYWHERE. It is so embarrassing and I never normally breakout like this. I don’t know if they didn’t apply enough cooking gel or didn’t use clean tools, but I’m very unhappy with my service. Don’t come here :/

I have been getting my nails done for 40 yrs when they first started doing powder nails... I am very picky about who does my nails... just because someone has a license does not mean they are actually good at that craft... these ladies are all very good at what they do...you can always tell by the way they hold your hand as to what confidence they are working with... I will not go anywhere else and it took several tries at different salons to find this one
