1) So I had bought my own nail polish as I wanted a specific color however when I came in they first look with the nail polish but did not mention the fact that even though it wasn't gel nail polish they would charge the same price as they do for their gel.
2) I switched to have a regular color nail polish however I'm like other salons I've been to where they use an LED light to flash drive the nails for both regular colors and gel colors they did not use an LED light as they only use the LED light for gel colors.
3) This caused my nails to get messed up as soon as I barely even touched my own bag which is very small I still paid for the nails however I am never going back to that nail salon again. I am going to have to go to a completely different nail salon just so that they can put color onto my nails.
The manager is also doesnt have a good concept of customer service.

One of the worst places for customer service. Made an appointment for a pedicure, drove the 20 minutes it took to get there and was told that the only person who could do the pedicure left because they thought I was not going to show up. Appointment was made for 8:10pm, due to traffic and horrible parking at the spectrum, I walked in at 8:16pm. Yet they refused to take me, but did not bother to call me to see if i had canceled. This is just one of many poor experiences I've had at this dalon. Save your money and go elsewhere, this is one of the poorest run franchises ever.

We were seated right away with our appointment reservation. Tina gave me cappuccino colored nails, which I loved. The place was busy, but since there is a language barrier, my sister and I got different pedicure packages.

I will give this place 2 stars because they're below average but weren't entirely horrible.
I had a regular pedicure for $25. The following things weren't upto my expectation.
1)The pedicurist asked me to put my feet in the water without checking the temperature. It was very hot and I yelped in pain as I yanked then out. She apologized and fixed the temperature.
2) the pedicurist poked me pretty painfully with one the tools while trying to dig out dead skin from under my nails.
3) the scrubbing was too aggressive on the shins and dismal on the feet.
4) the massage was like caressing and practically not a massage.
In the end, she earned a dollar in tip, by offering me slippers and to bag my shoes as my nails hadn't dried but my friends had arrived.
