I had a terrible experience! When I arrived I was told it would be a 20 minute wait, which was fine, but then they sat me at a broken chair, put my feet in lukewarm water and abandoned me for 45 minutes! After nearly an hour, my feet pruning up in cold water, I decided to leave. An employee who had been doing everything except help me was confused as to why I was leaving and I was confused as to why she thought this was an acceptable way to treat another human.
Update: this happened on Monday, January 29 around 4:15.

The ladies here are so nice and helpful. My mani/pedi was really nice, just what I needed! Would def recommend!
