Came in for a gel manicure. Place was busy so I had assumed it was good. The person I had was extremely rough with my nails and made my cuticles bleed after vigorous trimming and cutting. Not very friendly and my nails came out sloppy, they are already chipping. The tools that were used did not come out of a closed package, appearing unseteralized. Very disappointed and upset that I didn’t get my money’s worth.

Yeeeeah... I thought the positive reviews would be right about this place but nope. The only 2 negative reviews were right. I had such an awful experience their and the guy who did my nails was so lazy and sloppy. Honestly, i felt so uncomfortable and he didnt bother even sitting me down to do my nails. He assumed I couldnt fit in the chair lol funny right? He did the bare minimum. Find another place for a better experience before you have to go through what i went through

Love Crystal Nails. This is my go to spot. Christine is amazing. Clean, relaxing, top notch service and great people.
