Had my infills done a week ago and the are all lifting. Shellac is also coming off. Terrible waste of $40

omg where do i begin! horrible service but honestly my fault for giving them so many chances. first time i came here i went in during my lunch break and made an appointment for 5:00pm after i got out from work. i get there and they have me wait an HOUR before even sitting me in a chair. then i wait another 30 min before someone actually starts helping me. i just got a pedi and i did not leave until 8:00 pm three hours for a pedi. then the second time i came i got a mani pedi service was delayed a little but i was helped after an hour again, this time i was happy with my pedi but not my mani it looked as if i just did it myself at home and didn't even last me the full week. finally I called in yesterday to make an appt for after work and when i go in they start helping me as it wasn't too busy im seated in a chair and behind me there is a woman that was getting a pedi, she was s unhappy with her pedi that she asked the lady to stop doing her toes and for them to call someone else to finish her pedi because she was extremely unhappy. that should have been my final red flag but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. stupid decision on my part i should have left. i requested a short full fet with very light use of the acrylic . nope she put the nails on crooked she caked on the acrylic and the whole time im telling her i dont like the way they are coming out she keeps yelling at me "im not finished" i was so unhappy i told her to please fix and make them thinner she said you can come back tomorrow and ill fix them for you! then the Manager" comes and sees how unhappy i am and she says here ill fix them, the processed to make the nails even shorter! and makes them look even more crooked than before! at this point it was close to 8:00 pm so I just wanted to go home she finishes and it comes time to pay and she tells me it is $83.00 dollars?!?! for the worst experience of my life I Was Not Going To Pay $83 dollars i demanded to speak with the owner and they started ignoring me and until finally they said they'd only charge me $63 which even at that point I was still upset but I just wanted out I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ALL AROUND!
