Pretty sure TDLR busted them for not using liners in the foot baths. They have since started using them. But I was in there one day and one of the workers was complaining about how TDLR makes stupid rules. Um no, they don't. They make those rules so no one gets infections. Anyways, they do a good job on my nails. But I will not let them touch my eyebrows again.
