Been going there for almost a year. Soo excited that I finally found a good nail salon. About a month or so ago, they had one of their new/training techs do my refill. I've only seen her doing pedicures prior to this. Anyways, she was jacking my nails up but they turned out OK when she was done. I didn't make a big deal, I just knew she would never do them again. Then a few weeks ago, I get my usual...refill and pedicure. Once I'm done, I pay my dues. I notice that it was a little higher than my normal $50 range. Come to find out I was over charged. OMG you would've thought I murdered someone! The owner and the shorter gentleman got these attitudes when I asked for the money owed to me. I still gave my nail techs and nice tip but I felt disrespected and I won't be back.
