I Should've followed my first mind & went elsewhere!! Shop was suppose to open @ 12:00 sunday, I arrived @11:30 & waited for 45mins for worker to arrive. She had her 3small children, which wasn't an issue, but once inside the shop was small and clutter was everywhere! The lady asked who was first and although, I said I was, she started work on a white customer without a care in the world! I immediately left and went to T's Nails on Covington Pike!! I was immediately greeted as I walked in!! They made to feel welcomed ! Not only that there are 6techs here! So happy I left, better experience @ T's!!

Literally the sweetest lady owns it and I love how she did my nails. She makes great conversation and I never feel awkward in her store. Great selection of nail polishes too.

Awesome customer service but terrible work. Acrylic is bumpy, polish all over fingers, uneven nails, overcharged. Won’t be returning

I simply love the atmosphere, the workers and all of their energy as well as their talent. I went here for the first time the day before Easter and of course every nail shop in Memphis was super crowded. I got there at 11 and was out of there in a hour plus it was only two people working. They had a great attitude and fabulous customer service. I will definitely be going on a regular basis and they did a great job.
