I was a first time guest, and only went due to the good reviews. My sister loved Delphina, so I decided to try it out. She had asked me over the phone specifically what color my hair is, and what color I’m trying to achieve. I have a dark, dark brown hair, and wanted a dark purple, almost black hair color. The second I walked in, she looked very disappointed, and was very rude that I do not have platinum blonde hair like my sister, as many siblings do not look alike. She showed me options, pointing out what she wants to do, I picked out the violet color. She had already asked me on the phone my situation. Basically, she did not even do the violet color, she did whatever she wanted. The hairstylists I’ve talked to says she was probably just out of violet. The entire time she was very rude to me. Said “don’t move your head, I’m not trying to pay for your clothes, I’m trying to have YOU pay ME.” I’m not sure someone who considers themselves a “professional” should not only do a horrible job on the hair, but have the worst attitude on top of it. And at the end of my 45 minute service, she said, “you’re really not gonna make me blow dry this are you?” As if I’m just going to walk out with soaking wet hair, which I’ll gladly do for free. I gave a pretty good tip, and I very much regret doing that, or even paying at all. I paid for the opposite of what I asked for, on top of a crappy attitude because someone was in a rush. I went to hair school and I’ve literally done the color I was asking for without bleach. What really makes the icing on the cake is a girl with the blackest hair possible was behind me, getting turquoise AND purple. But there’s no way Delphina can turn dark hair into a dark purple/black. Horrible, horrible experience. And someone like that should not be a “professional.” Now my hair is a BRIGHT copper, and the ends are BLACK because she didn’t leave enough time for the ends, since she was in such a hurry. Spent a lot of money for crappy service! Now I have to go spend a ton more to get someone who actually knows what they’re doing with hair. Would NOT recommend Delphina. Does not care about hair, she just wants a check.

My husband and I get our haircuts from Sherry and have for years. She's a great stylists and also does color. There are also many others stylists that work at the shop and a great nail tech that does my nails named Roxanne.
