I normally love this business. Unfortunately on the day before my graduation I had scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time. Once I arrived I sat down and waited. 5 mins later I was asked if I had an appointment. I replied yes. 15 mins passed I was asked to come back because they dont take walk ins. I replied that i wasn't a walk in that i had scheduled an appointment for 1:00pm. The customer she was helping said she was scheduled for the same time. I was frustrated and just walked out. This event had put an dent in my plans being that it's really nothing in this area. I have not been in there since this event. I do not recommend this place. I do not like wasting my time and for someone to over book theirselves then treat me like I am a liar I am so disappointed and will not be returning.

Kim is great. She always makes you feel special...our won't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Nail Expo for years. Charlie and Kim are AWESOME!! Always ready to work with you and their work is truly exceptional! I highly recommend them.
