This is my third time going to this spot, and I set an appointment the night before. Finally got the owner, who I was looking forward to doing my nails because she’s always so booked (must mean she’s good) I NEVER leave reviews, but this deserves one. She took her time to start with me( come to find out she was waiting for someone else even though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT that I was on time for, and was already running 8 mins into) she starts my nails and it’s obvious she doesn’t even want to do them. This place is Predominately Russian, and I saw the difference in the way those customers were treated vs myself, who is A PROUD LATINA!
I came in for a FILL IN- she had another lady file my nails for me while she did the powder on the other( Not a single customer had two people working on them, now it’s obvious she’s rushing me out) she sends me to wash my hands ( the part before they put on the lotion and new polish) and I still have some of my old nail polish on, my nails do not look like they were filled in at all. I brought it to her attention, and she said the powder is there and it only looked like that because I had acrylic underneath. The lady sitting next to her has done my nails before, she even looked up because she knows she didn’t have my nails looking like this the last time I came with acrylic and she had to use powder. She starts the polish and looked like I came in needing a fill in and she slammed sloppy polish over it. None of my nails were filed even, they were all THICK and you could clearly see the gap between my nail and the “powder”
As a paying customer and someone how’s been doing their nails for YEARS, I have NEVER been so disappointed and disgusted by a NAIL SALON OWNER. LANA, treat your clients equal or put up a sign that says you only treat customers who are from your country with respect.
You discriminated against me, and tried to let me walk out with that sorry excuse of a job. You only cared to try to fix it when I got upset because I noticed how sloppy it was.
You are supposed to be a professional.
