Have gotten a pedicure twice and both times liquid was put on my feet to soften them and it burned holes through my skin. Staff has a real problem communicating in English

Lacking consistency. Did a ok job on me but my husband got rushed and didnt receive half the attention i did. We paid the same price...should have received the same service (minus the polish..lol).
