I’ve been coming to Nail Design for many years and always receive wonderful, expert, friendly service. I learned early on that I need to have an appointment because these ladies have SO MANY regular customers, walk-ins can be hit or miss. I have seen them ask walk in customers to wait or sadly turn them away because their appointment book is so full. That must mean they’re doing it right! I have recommended Nail Design to friends but always suggest they call to book an appointment first. I wouldn’t go to any other salon in the area!

Excellent quality service. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Easy to make appointments. Seems to be only people who wanted to walk in and be served immediately who did not like the place. Every employee I have met has been super nice and very perfectionistic with the way they do my nails. Very pleased!

Today my friend and I went into the nail shop instantly the nail tech says "no one can do you today can you come back maybe tomorrow or another day".. I am a gair stylist & we close at 8 I can't imagine telling any of my clients or potential clients at 4 to come back I can't service them.... There was only 2 people getting serviced.. I was turned away last wednesday and no one was in there getting a service just my daughter and I.. I don't know why I thought today would be different but I will never return.. I hate to say it's a racial thing but reading the comments I believe it is..we went to nail envy less than 1 minute away amazing customer servjcs and they were busy..

Fantastic! I have never had a bad experience. The ladies are very helpful and do not try to sell you things you do not need. Great services every time!

The business caters to their reoccurring white consumers! New clients no biggie to them. I've attended this nail salon on 3 different occasions and 2 out of was horrible. First time i went for a pedicure and gel polish manicure. The nail tech dug into my nails and no one apologized on their behalf. I had to then wear acrylic on my nails since then because of how brittle my nails had become from improper gel nail removal. 2nd time i had a beautiful experience the tech was very pleasant doing my fill in. 3rd time no service! i was told to wait for 10mins and when returned although a tech was available i was told no service by the owner due to expecting appointments in 15-20mins. That enough time to do a pedicure. I will never go back here nor do i recommend their service!
