Older business but unlike the new trendy places the service here is consistent and perfect. They do amazing pedicures with great foot and leg massage. They do not rush you through the process with a 15 minute quick pedicure.

Changing Review to 2 stars. Last several times they have been very pushy and refuse to do what you ask for. I would come in and pick out a new solid color, then they’d flat out refuse to do a new color and fill it in as an “ombré” and then charge you extra. They’ve nicked my cuticles several times and they’ve gotten red and infected. Their prices are decent and they work quickly.

I had an apt for 5pm. I was told 10 min that she was running late. 10 min turned into 55 minutes. I was there for 2 hours and didn't get what I asked for. They give you what they want. They like to argue with you about what they think is best. Never again. I'll stick with my salon from now on.

I love Ann's nails! The prices are reasonable, they do a GREAT job with pedicures and with full sets. I won't lie, it can get crowded and sometimes you will have to wait if you don't have an appointment. So word to the wise, call first thing in the morning if you plan on going that day, they're usually able to have set appointment for you and your gals. The staff is very friendly (except for the older lady at the front desk, she seems to be suspicious of everyone who is there lol she reminds me of my grandma. I've been a customer for years and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I wish I could give 0 stars !!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I show up at 11:40 asking for dip removal, basic mani and pedi. They say ok we will soak now and do the pedi at noon, ok.. they leave my hands soaking in acetone for 20 min while the lady moves on to another client! Then the old lady manager comes and tries to take the dip off since my hands were literally drying out and she has NO idea what she’s doing! Ripped off the whole end of my nail and scraped my finger with the machine after 10 min of trying to figure out how to use it! Then I tell her the lady who started my nails needed to finish it. She came over, half ass took the dip off, then said sorry that’s all I can do no time for anything else ! WHAT!!! Why not just say that when I walked in I would have went somewhere else and gotten everything I needed! RUDE AND TERRIBLE! Never go here!
