The place was very clean and tidy, the staff was very friendly and courteous. They were always happy to do what i requested with the manicure and pedicure and that i love. I will be back for the second manicure and pedicure

Overpriced for Franklin, Ky. Poor quality service. I received a gel manicure and 4 fingers were chipped after 5 days. These normally last 3 weeks. I regret tipping 15% for the poor service I received, but didn’t realize I was receiving at the time. That will be my first and last visit.

I drive 30 minutes to come here because in 20+ years it's the best work I've had done. Really take pride in their work and great customer service.

Nice staff. They take their time and really try to do a good job. There's always a line, but it's worth the wait.
