Been coming here for over 2 years, ladies are fast and efficient. I do walk in mostly so I don’t mind waiting! Always nice! Don’t like they remove nails, should definitely soak off, instead of ripping them.

Yeah went to try and get a full set and pedicure here after work being that I ruined my manicure and the door was locked. I was told the last time I tried to come here that they close at 7pm. Got there at 5pm. Asked through the door if they were in fact closed for the day, and the nail tech just looked at me and sat back down. Took it as a sign that they would’ve ruined my nails and went to Santa Monica Blvd and Highland

I've gone to a few nail salons in the area, but only Lulu does the most perfect job with my French tip gel pedicure. I never go anywhere else.
Tip: When I don't have time to wait, I call ahead and make an appt.

Worst experience ever! I was so upset when I saw my nails, and they aren’t clean at all. I made the mistake of coming here instead of where I usually go because it was cheaper.
