They do not honor appointments, this is the second time I have set up an appointment and didn’t get seen even if I show up early. I asked the owner when will I be seen since I have set up an appointment and she says soon. Last time this happen the owner was able to do my nails but refused to do them so she can eat her dinner. Why set up appointments if you do not honor them?! Never going back here again. I miss the old owners.

And that’s cause I can’t give no starts. My cousin went to get her nails done. First time costumer. Waited over 2 hours to be seen. On top her nails came out like if my 4 year old goddaughter did it. $150 she argued bout not paying for the horrible service they argued back to her. She gave them the money to leave. They threw the money on the floor. Rest assure no one in our family is goin back there.

I AM SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE... it has been multiple times now that I have gone with an appointment and been told that everybody else is waiting and that I have to wait... that’s not the point of appointments!!! Are used to come here because the prices are good but don’t even bother because you’re just gonna end up waiting forever and they’re going to be rude about it

My daughter and I went for pedicures on a Sunday morning. We had an appt but still waited 15 minutes and they were packed But Michelle did a great job. She was quick and she didn't hurt me at all like some do. Definetly will go again. My daughtet was also happy with hers.

Clean salon, easy to make appointments, average service, but not a lot of personality.
