I walked in for a basic manicure. They were busy and told me to come back in 30. I returned and they thanked me a couple of times. Great friendly people salon and price - Lynn was great - highly recommend

I got a dip powder and all of my nails are uneven and lumpy. She also made 3 of my nails bleed. Do NOT recommend.

Terrible quality for the price. My nails were poorly filed and the shape is uneven. Polish selection is very limited with most being dried out unfortunately. Not much of a relaxing experience when staff and regulars are VERY loud. There are far better nail salons in Polaris don’t bother.

I love Nail Quest! No matter when you call to arrange a time to visit, they are quick to find an opening. One of the ladies does a balance that lasts for weeks. The atmosphere is warm and the decor is lovely.

I like my nails a lil longer then most so they have to be a lil thicker to support them. I have never in the almost 20 yrs of wearing acrylics have never broke a nail except just now in a lil over a wk of them being done. Happened at another salon close to me as well. Which is why I tried this place but it seems everyone around here doesn't have the skill or education for longer nails. Took both daughters to get gel polish on. 1 daughters polish didnt even last a week. Such a waste of time and money. They were nice there but some of their client is extra loud and feels the need to let everyone in salon hear her drunk stories and adventures. So now I have to figure out what to do with these poorly done fragile nails. She also put the wrong color on suppose to color changing but it's not. I wasnt to worried about that as its least of my worries with them breaking off. Trust me it's an ugly brown and I wanted a purple pink. I was willing to look past it but I cant look past them breaking off.
