I have been going to Jolie Nails since 2001. That's over 16 years. No, they don't use standard tables the way other nail shops use. So what. I love the set-up. They have spa chairs as well as recliner-like chairs for full sets and manicures with small tables as a work space. The place is just plain old cozy and I feel like family when I am there.
The owner takes a lot of pride in her work as well as creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. The staff are so freaking friendly and loving. Yes, you may see from time to time and occasionally "mopping" with a towel across the floor. So what! That's a cultural thing. My husband's family is from Cambodia (South Asian). This is standard floor cleaning within the Asian culture. Who said that people have to use a traditional mop to clean with? People should be glad that they are cleaning!
I'm sure there are some house cleaning rituals that we ALL do that may have others a little skeptical!
The staff has been the absolute same since I started patronizing the place in 2001. The same friendly and attentive people: Donna, Tweety, Juanita, etc. There have been a few additions such as Tia who started a few years ago and she is JUST as awesome! I love this place. I drive 30 minutes to get here and I will continue to do it! If you are looking for a place that gives you a warm feeling when you come in and makes you look and feel like a million bucks when you walk out, give them a try! Tell them "Ty" sent you. They do amazing work!

Worst place I’ve been to honestly. I went in for a pedicure but ended getting a acrylic gel manicure, I spent $75 on everything with $10 tip but I walked out unsastified because my nails looked so bad like someone just practice on my nails. They were out of shape and not even square shape like I wanted them. I don’t recommended going here! Also they’d rather talk than work on your nails too.

i gave this place a chance, dispite all the terrible reviews it has and it was just terrible. it’s very small. and dirty. i witnessed a lady washing off the “nail tools” in the back sink. (they’re supposed to be cleaned in an autoclave to prevent infection or fungus spreading). they cleaned the pedicure tubs with scrubbing bubbles bleach, and i mean just sprayed it on there and rinsed it right off. the whole place was dirty and small. they don’t have the regular “manicure tables”. you sit on a small chair and they do your nails in your lap. not only was the place dirty and unsanitary but none of my nails are the same shape, and they’re all different lengths. when i tried to express to the guy doing my nails that they didn’t look even, he got irritated and said something in the language they speak and got up and another lady finished my nails. i spent $35 ($30 for full set with gel polish and yes i still tipped $5). i’m not happy with my nails and i definitely would not ever trust getting my feet done there. i won’t be going back and i will warn my friends and family!

I will not be coming back. I came here once for a full set and they ruined my hand. The woman was so rough and made my hand bleed with here file after i told her it was hurting she continued to lay acrylic on my fingers? The next time i came was years later because i was in a hurry and had been told they had remodeled the place and had new employee's i have had my gel set for less than three days and they look horrible. They don't listen when you give them specific directions and the owner is so mean and rude. They charge for literally everything and its not worth it at all they cant do designs they can only paint and lay acrylic and are not so skilled at doing either of those things either.
