I have been going here since I was 18. My or her brother always did my nails. Recently I was made aware that they are know longer there however I am very proud of the staff that is still currently there for keeping things as afloat as possible. Today I went to get my nails soaked off and Lena and her 2 coworkers were working as fast as possible under the pressure of being the only 3 workers on a Saturday. Lena kept making sure I was ok and I really appreciated that . There is no such thing as a perfect place BUT I will say I only go to 2 salons in Cleveland and this is definitely one of them. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR TODAY AND EVERY OTHER DAY NY NAILS! ❤️

Great salon! Lina is my favorite nail technician, she always does a great job. Everyone is nice and they keep everything clean at all times. I think I've finally found my favorite place to do nails. Thank you, guys! Keep up the good work.

i had a busy day so i came there a little late. about an hour before they close. there was no price list or sign in sheet but it was late so i shrugged it off. i was sitting there waiting for 40 minutes before i was greeted or acknowledged at all. then a man walks up to me to tell me that they stop taking walk ins at 6:30. i proceeded to tell him that i’d been waiting for 40 minutes and no one said anything to me. he then calls me a liar and tells me that i was not sitting there because he would’ve seen me and points to the door and refuses service. he then threatens to check the cameras and i told him go ahead then he walks away and says he doesn’t have time to check them. then another employee came to my defense and told that i had been there for a long time so with a very rude tone he tells me “fine i’ll do your pedicure”. but after being treated like that i didn’t want to give them any money of mine so i left. very rude unprofessional and prejudice i will not be returning ever again and i’ll make sure no one else i know does. if your a person of color don’t go here they have no respect for you.

Like Dan a lot so I usually ask for him. The place is clean and comfortable. Even when they are really busy, they will try to fit you in if you just want a quick coat of polish but they never skimp on any customer. Appointments recommended.
