I was reluctant on coming here after seeing the Google 2.5 star rating but decided to give them a shot regardless. After all, there were a handful of good reviews amongst the not so good reviews. I felt as though I was being rushed… between a regular pedicure and gel manicure, I was in/out in approximately 45-50 minutes. It was nice having the services done simultaneously but it was a less than mediocre job… both of them. It is mainly the gel manicure that is a problem. No base coat was applied; only 2 color coats and top coat. I was asked if I wanted a third coat. Sloppy job on the clean-up & filing job. I had to ask for the file myself towards the end. The gal was so eager to show me how fast my pedicure polish had dried. She said it was a new “quick dry” color. As she was rubbing the polish to show me how fast my toes had dried, the color smeared off one toe. So much for quick dry. Less than 24 hours later, I had to file the excess gel top coat from the sides of my nails and clean up the excess color by picking at it so that I do not ruin what is left of them. I understand I walked in one hour before they closed but this is not the first place that I have walked into one hour before closing. Every other place stays open and finishes the job, the right way, the first time.

Don't waste your time coming in here! 35 min after my appointment time and still no one is available to do my pedicure and then the girl who finally comes in to do my pedicure comes in with a beverage laughing and all smiles. Didn't give them my money and you shouldn't either! Waste of time. Go elsewhere.

Very good service and great value. Place could be decorated a little more but that's it!
