I walked in there & was told to go see the lady who wasn’t busy. I told her I just wanted acrylics & she told me to pick a color, I did so. Then a lady & her daughter walked in & she asked what she was there for, the lady said a pedicure & manicure, but her daughter only wanted a manicure. The lady then started doing her pedicure. After this the guy who wasn’t busy took the girl & started doing her nails. Very messed up customer service. As I sat down with another lady she started to do my nails & just got up & started helping the guy do the little girls nails. Not to mention when the lady finished my nails they weren’t even to the cutical. So now I have had my nails for a week & it looks like my nails have grown so much & they HAVE NOT. It was just her not doing them right. I do NOT recommend going here & wasting $30-40 of your money. Not to mention when I went here a couple years ago a male who was doing my nails filed the tops of my nails with that drill thing so bad to the point that when the nails were taken off there was a huge dent in my nail until it grew out.

Not only did I get cut twice with the nail buffing tool and the hangnail clippers (not to mention the multiple spots left stinging on my hand), but the hang nail clippers along with their nail clippers and nail-bed-receding tool are all products that get reused over and over and over, even my manicurist confirmed this. 9/10 salons open new packs right in front of you. She also did not apologize. I now have to worry about my health because I got cut with these foreign objects from a dirty, dirty nail salon, but that's what I get for not reading reviews first.

I went to Top Care nails to get my nails done for prom, I had an appointment and it still took about an hour for them to get to me. When I sat down they asked if I wanted long or short nails, I said short, and they gave me long nails. They also filed my cuticles which hurt and when I pulled my hand back they continued to file my cuticles. (you're not supposed to cut or file your cuticles because it can cause infections) They also didn't ask me if I wanted gel on my nails or not, (I did not) so I was out almost $20. ($45 total). They do have a student discount, but you have to bring your school id in with you. The best thing about my nails is the color. It's a pale baby pink, but I wish they had asked me what I wanted before they did my nails.
