I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS! This place is BEYOND HORRIBLE and a RIP-OFF!! Just recently got a full set of tips done, and a few days later two of them already chipped off! The woman who worked on my nails did such a rush job on them that I should of told her to stop! especially that she left glue all over my nails! But being that it was late and the closes salon near me, I figured I'll give it a shot and remove the glue later. Never again will I go back to this dump!!!

Easily my favorite place to get my nails done. The people there are wonderful and great to chat with. Super professional too and have a great selection of colors. Not to mention how amazing they are at perfecting my nails everytime and I know that can be hard because the type of work I'm in and my outdoor activities. But this place is just the absolute best.

I always pass this place on my walks so I decided to give it a try. I came here a few Thursdays ago for their $9 manicure. But honestly, I wish I had walked a little further up the block to another nail salon. Upon walking in I was barked at to pick a polish color- i picked a neutralish pale pink. I then sat down and she cut and filed my nails.. my thumbs were still pretty rigid, like you could see & feel the sharpness but I figured maybe she had a different way of doing things and would come back to fix them so I didnt say anything (my first mistake). She proceed to put the conditioner polish on, and then asked me to pay before painting them with the color I choose. I ALWAYS give a nice tip before polishing and so I did- a $4 tip(my second mistake). She then starts painting my nails and never fixes them, and she sees me eyeing them. The last coating she puts on my right thumb WE BOTH SEE some sort of dust or dirt fall into the coating on my nail. AND INSTEAD of removing it and starting over, SHE CONTINUES TO PAINT IT AS IF NOTHING HAPPENS. and clearly you can see it.. my polish is a light color and the dirt is very raised on my nail. I'm then put in the drying area...... and after 10mins she's comes over to me to tell me that she think my nails are done drying. I told her no they were not and I sat there for another 5 mins. When I finally got home I was able to dig out the dirt and smooth my thumbs. I tried to reason with myself about this whole experience and brush it off. BUT TODAY AS I'M TAKING OFF THE POLISH I NOTICE MY NAILS ARE YELLOW. I can possible see if maybe I had a deep dark color for this to happen, but I got a nudey pink. I will not be coming back. This establishment has such a great opportunity to flourish in this area... but with customer service like that it will not.

She’s turns away customers very rude & nasty if your thinking about going there do yourself the favor go to a different place where they will treat you with respect & kindness
