I’ve been going to Crystal Nails on and off for 3 years. When I first started to come they were excellent. As time has gone by they have started to slack in the quality of their work. Sometimes I ask for something and they give me the complete opposite. On Friday I asked for a fill in with gel polish and it is now Monday and my nails look horrible! They are chipping off and peeling off. I rarely give reviews but I am very disappointed and upset because I wasted $65. I will not be returning.

I have been going to this location for many years...even before the fancy pedicure chairs. The management is very good and is always present and he tries to greet every customer when they enter. The prices are within normal range compared to other nail shops I have visited and the quality is awesome. They take their time and seem to take pride in their work. I get pink powder nails with clear gel polish, trimmed short and my nails last two solid weeks (despite the rough work my hands do as a firefighter). I highly recommend chrystal nails to anyone. 😁

I used to be a faithful customer to this establishment until Karen left she was the absolute best. I started going somewhere else because their work at crystal nails is so sloppy. I went in this evening because I was in a rush and didn’t have time to drive 30 mins to my new place to put gel on my toes and nails and get my eyebrows waxed they CHARGED ME $87 I was beyond mad. I never pay over $55 for those three things where I go now. I will never be back to this nail salon they charge out the ass and do half ass work take your money elsewhere ladies!!

Ivy is wonderful and does a great job. She is patient and doesn't rush. I am missing a couple nails and a few are deformed due to a childhood illness, when she was done I was so happy I could cry I felt normal again. One day I got a new nail tech because she wasn't there. She literally laughed at me and my nails the whole time and kept talking about me in another language. I was so furious and humiliated. I have never been back. If you do go. Ask for Ivy. She is the only reason I am even giving 3 stars. She's worth 5
