I have been going to this place since it opened around a year ago, and I have used the same girl (Ada) that I followed from Hollywood nail salon on Ave. M.
I have recently, in my last three visits with Ada felt like she didn't want to work.
She has become complacent and very passive-aggressive. I complained a couple of times to her about pain she would cause to my fingers, she would get more angry and cause me more pain. I complained to owner, Wendy and she just shrugged it off. Last time I was there, Wendy, the owner was in a bad mood and was arguing with a long time client of hers. This client also said that she would not be coming back. Wendy....... don't you know that the customer is always right?
Terrible customer service.
Anyway, I went back to Hollywood nail salon, found a girl who can do the job right and with no pain. The pedicure was not so good.

First time I came here about a month ago got a great pedicure. This time I had to ask the lady several times to scrub the dead skin off probably. I can paint my toes at home, I came here to get them treated professionally. Literally I paid $30 for just polish because they did not do anything else to my feet. I took a sponge Home with me so that I could try to complete it myself. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had.

After going to Jasmine Nails since it opened I went today to find that suddenly many of the workers that would do my pedicures suddenly were not working there anymore. The store looked dirty and run down compared to one month ago. I went for a pedicure but asked for another worker than the one offered to me. This new employee started yelling at me arguing why I would not use her. I tried to ignore her but then she just started talking in Chinese to the other workers around her. I would of walked out then but my feet were already soaking in the bath. I asked to speak with the owner but was told she went home. This was untrue as I saw her go to the back room and there is no exit there. In short, if you want to be humiliated, talked about and humiliated this is the place to go! With so many nail salons on Avenue M it’s horrible to be treated this way!

The worst place ever. First, they are rude and second, they don’t wash their hands, they don’t sunitize supply properly. NEVER GO THERE.

Service not bad but dont expect super friendliness. Chinese staff mostly and translation requests awful. Manicures good.
