When they do get you in they are sweet and very good, but they are very busy and this is the second time I had to leave because of the hour wait. I would normally wait patiently but my schedule wouldn't allow. Appointments are the way to go.

Tom is usually the guy that does my nails but the guy that sits next to him is RUDE and Does Not did not so a good job on my nails. They were all uneven and uneven colored.

I got a manicure and pedicure as a walk in and didn't have to wait. Diana did my pedicure, she did a GREAT JOB 5☆, but The older gentleman that did my manicure was rude and to rough. He kept pulling my arm closer to him as I'm getting a pedicure and trying to relax, he was acting like he hated his job!
