For the past 3 years my family and I been going to Amy to get our nails done. We have been loyal customers. You guys did really great work, quickly and at fair price. Based on my experience yesterday, I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! Before the start of services I asked the lady who was going to do my nails MULTIPLE times to confirm the price given she had difficulties with English. She said $40 for gel Mani-Pedi, and I confirmed with her MULTIPLE times, so I thought that was the right price. Everything went well during the services but at the end we had a disagreement as i was about to pay. She wrote the bill for $50 and I ask her why. Amy suddenly jumped in me, yelling at me and saying that I was wrong. Obviously there was a miscommunication between me and that girl. AMY NEEDS TO KNOW THE FACT THAT HER EMPLOYEES CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH to understand you. Ultimately I paid the full service $50 and still gave that person a very good tip. I have never short changed anyone on tips because I myself am a service worker. Amy insulted me in front of other customers and accused me of being a bad tipper. She's was so unprofessional.You have have lost a loyal customer FOREVER. Every time I go there, they are training new people. Going forward train your staff how to COMMUNICATE PROPERTY and if there is difficulty with understanding inquiries, instruct them to seek guidance from management.
CUSTOMERS BEWARE, communication and professionalism is poor there. Take your business elsewhere. Good luck.

Helen is the most patient nail tech there . She’s the only one that does nails in a way that you don’t feel rushed . She truly takes her time and makes sure every single nail is perfect . I absolutely adore her work !! The place in itself is ok .
