They suck big time. Only 2 people working everytime I went . Said they accepted walkins but turned me away multiple times. And when I did get in they never did what I asked for. Not to mention they didn't do a very good job on the nails they did do. Plus they charged more then the advertised price.

I went to Pro Nails the other day and they really cut my nails with some preschool paper cutting scissors. Then I asked her to put a E on my nail and she put a 3. And it wasn't worth it for the amount of time I had to wait. She didn't even ask what kind of nails I wanted. Never going here again.

I had a great experience here. Nails were even and filed smooth. Color stayed for a month and customer service was great.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! I went last minute because it’s by my house. They weren’t busy AT ALL. I got a fill & fixed 2 broken nails. The 2 nails she “fixed” are not square shaped, filed at an angle at the top & not flat. My acrylic is super thick on those 2 nails. My other nails are also VERY poorly shaped. And my paint job is atrocious. It’s a gel paint & is peeling off. AFTER LESS THAN A DAY!!! The WORST place ive ever been to. NEVERRRE AGAIN. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16 & this is the worst. If I could give 0 stars I would
