Always do a good job here. Friendly and clean. The prices are $4 - $8 higher than most other places.
Lowered to three stars. Last visit, no massage of hands or legs and no hot stones and still charged me full price. Ouch. Not feeling the love here

Never in my life have I been more unsatisfied with a service and nail salon. Why on earth an elderly male manager is doing my pedicure, I have no idea. He clipped my nails with a nail clipper and that's it. Didn't file or shape or buff my nails at all and it looked like a 4 year old did my pedicure. I was better off not going in the first place.

What happened to Elite nails? Haven't been there for a while , and thing's seem to have gone downhill! I had a pedicure with a lady who barely spoke English and was asking me question's the whole time about what I wanted regarding my pedicure, I don't feel I should have to direct the service and as a result I did't get to relax and enjoy the treatment. The place in general seem's lacking in customer service. Won't be going back there again!

Pedicure prices go from the basic 25 to 55 and up. What?
First time in and no one was friendly. I mean not even a smile going on. Then the pedicure was basic..at have been this guys first day, I'm not sure, but was mediocre at best. I could have done a better job at home! Then I went to pay and he says, "Pay with check, it is better for business."
I'm sorry 1990 is gone and I don't have checks. Lol
