I have been a customer of Rose Nail in Hempstead for 15 years.....normally a decent nail salon. The owners, Mr. Lee and Lisa are friendly and welcoming as are most technicians. However, the newest technician on staff is downright rude and disrespectful. After inquiring about her because I haven't seen her before, she started ranting in Spanish about me to which other Hispanic customers there started to laugh. I asked what was said, but she threw her hands in the air and left the room. I left never to return and went to another salon behind them. There is no shortage nail salon in Hempstead.

Experience was horrible the place is filthy I would never recommend it to anyone plus it was too expensive had to pay $40 just two get to Nails replaced which fell off 2 Days Later and they look horrible, and the technicians are not experience nor are they certified
