I just recently finished Cobe Nails and I must say the service was not good at all. For one, when I came in no one greeted me or asked me what services I needed until about 5 minutes of me sitting there. Secondly, the girl who did my nails was awful. I asked for a simple acrylic fill and french tip gel polish. After explaining to the girl numerous times about how I wanted my french tip to look, she got upset with and aggressively wiped my nail off with a paper towel. She then tried to fix the polish again, and I just told her that it was fine since I saw her getting so irritated. The end result of my nails was chunky, thickly polished nails. I will never return to this place. I believe if you can't do simple things like polishing the correct way or taking corrective criticism, you shouldn't be a nail technician. Very bad experience. Probably one of the worst I've ever had.

Really bad nail techs. Nail techs do a rush job. My nails are all shaped differently, are lumpy and my gel polish is runny with bubbles throughout the polish. *Management even offered to polish my nails over, which made things worse. I appreciate her attempt to make things better but her technique was different from the nail tech and my nails are all noticeably different some thick, others thin

Overall no accountability both blamed it on the color of nail polish. I feel they owe me a new full set but I will just take my business elsewhere with my min. tip of $10.00.

Out of only four times I have been here I've had one good experience. the good experience was what I came in to get my nails fixed from the horrific job the first lady (station 1 or 2, she didn't know how to do a full set of gel) did. The older gentleman at station 8 I believe did an amazing job on my nails he was extremely friendly made you feel welcome and I even told the other technician over to show her how to do it right and that she messed up. My third trip was okay nothing to brag about except my nails were done right this time. The last time I went which was yesterday I had the worst experience ever trying to have my nails removed. For one it does not make a person feel comfortable with six technicians standing over the customers hands laughing and joking around. Not only that but my gel nails were just ripped off of my fingernails causing an extreme amount of damage to my nail bed. Ask technicians they should know that she'll has to be soaked off to prevent damage. I will never go here again. I gave chance after chance and tipped very well even when I was not happy. Please avoid this place.

Everyone here was so kind, even though they were busy they still greeted every customer. My acrylic full set and pedicure came out marvelous. I will be returning here in the future.
