So I went here because I had acrylic tips and decided I wanted to take them off and J T is right down the road from me. Well the first thing that I must complain about is the fact that the guy did not get the tip off nor the rest of the nail. I went home and my nails looked like they were completely dead, unhealthy, just peeling. My second complaint is that I was the only person in there, it would seem like if you wanted to watch an Asian movie, you would go to the back if there is still a person in there. Well not the lady working that day. She was watching very loudly with the volume all the way up. Then decided she wanted to watch funny YouTube videos which were extremely explicit. Third complaint is the absolute worst. I cannot believe a person in their right mind would even work with THEIR OWN BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS!! The blood was coming out the center of his nail and was dried on his hands. Absolutely horrible. My worst nail place experience ever. Completely traumatized. I will NEVER come here again. Yes it was only $10 to get them off, I guess you get what you pay for. Might as well go to a high dollar place and get exactly what you want.

Both Ladies are excellent and efficient. I have often been able to walk in and received service. This is very convenient!!!
