I love the haircuts I get from Jenny. I love the signature cup of tea and the calming scalp/neck massage I receive. It's a great experience from beginning to end. I do wish there was a comfy place to hang out if I arrive too early - they have these weird metal chairs that are very uncomfortable.

I go here all the time and I’m usually very happy. Unfortunately the last time was not such a great experience. The greeting from my stylist was awkward, the consultation was not so thorough and the haircut was not great. The haircut was much shorter than I wanted and before I could say ‘ I don’t want my bangs cut’ It was too late. I guess I have to be more specific next time and ask for someone in particular.

If I could give a zero star at this point I would. I went in a few months ago to start prepping my hair for my wedding. The stylist talked me into a gradual color change to achieve what I wanted. Everything was going fine until summer hit and I couldn't get an appointment. Apparently the appointment I thought i made on my way out the previous time was never put into the system. I asked for the stylist to phone me back. I waited a week after and no one returned my call. I did call back and finally get in touch with the stylist who told me sorry I only have an appointment 2 weeks out ( now already well off schedule of the color timeline). Now several hundred dollars invested in color and if I want to try and save my wedding I have to find a new salon and start all over. Don't waste your time or money!! The apology was insincere at best. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. They lost my business and clearly could Care less.

Love this place! Been going for years. Very accommodating, friendly and great hair dressers.

Told me they couldn't do what I wanted , I would have to do it gradually ( low lights and high lights ) . WENT SOMEPLACE else , they did exactly what I wanted and my hair feels great .
