Customer service was ok, my daughter and I didn’t have to wait long at all! I see now why the salon was pretty empty. My shellac is peeling off already and it hasn’t even been 24 hours.

Wish I could give no stars. This place is terrible.. only went because my regular nail shop was too busy. These ppl are so rude. They talk about you in their language and you can tell they are because everyone looks at you laughing. The price for the services are too high for the quality. Pedicure starting chipping the next day and full set started coming off in 2 days. 65 dollars down the drain for terrible service and attitudes. If you can avoid going here I would!! So many better quality nail shops in Lafayette which of whom are friendly with exceptional service. I recommend Ugo spa, day nails, and exotic nails. This place is a joke !!

The service is good. But my nails were see through and 1 of them came off the next day. And when we went no one was there a d or was around 1 or 2.

Whatever you do, PLEASE do not patronize this unprofessional nail salon! They did my daughters' nails on New Year's Eve and they did a HORRIBLE job. They do not know how to do nails in this shop! It took 2 techs just to do the coffin cut nails and one of her nails was crooked!!! After she told them that it was crooked, they ignored her and continued to do her nails anyway all the way up until they were polished! They triple coated her polish then applied a clear coat! They refused a refund and tried to fix her nail by filing it down. No you idiots, you would have to redo the whole nail! #unprofessional #dontwasteyourmoney #badcustomerservice #theysuck #didntwanttogetstupidaroundtheinlaws

6 of my 10 nails are bleeding, my nails look TERRIBLE, and they were rude to my child for sitting in the wrong chair. NEVER again!
