MERCEDES is the BEST artist in balayage! I have never had a better hair stylist. Every time it gets better and better!! She will make you feel comfortable, listen and understand and carryout what was decided. I drive 30 miles just to see her. She is the BEST! It's refreshing to have someone I can count on!

I absolutely love my hair now. I finally got to color I have always wanted. Mercedes does the best job and makes it fun being there and the price is great. I would highly recommend anyone to her!

My mom just left this salon crying after paying $200 for her hair to be dyed blonde she left with gray hair her stylist was rude and didn’t care that my mom was unhappy with it she just kept telling her she thought it looked good and didn’t think my moms opinion mattered at all and told her you are being very blunt unless you want the opposite of what you asked for

I called in to get scheduled 2 weeks prior for an appointment on 3/18 at 10:30 in the morning. When I showed up, I was told that they didn't know who would book me on this morning. They either forgot about putting my appointment on the books, or whoever did it over booked that morning. I was hoping to get a nice haircut before my brother's wedding later that day. So I had to leave and go back home with nothing.
