RUDE..I went into this nail salon, and was serviced by an older woman...not sure if it was the manager or owner. This person from the beginning of the service showed that she did not want to service me by making facial expressions and her whole general attitude. Made me feel uncomfortable but she had already started so stayed. I did not like that once she was done putting on the acrylic tips (has not even put nail polish or anything) told me to pay now...I was taken back, because I expected her to finish the service and then charge me, not while in the middle of the nail appointment, I took it as an insult, why do I have to pay in the middle of the appointment? Why not charge me at the beginning if you want to get paid before the service is done. All the while she was doing my nails she was quiet and like I said had facial expression she was not happy... while drying my nails I could see she was taking care of another customer and I could hear and see her attitude had changed, she was smiling and making conversation with that customer... I was waiting for my friend to be done with her nails and while I waited, the customer my nail tech was servicing was done with her and I could see THAT customer was charged at the end of her session....In the end... the nails were not great either..so yeah i was very disappointed about the rude service and the end result.

Worst nail salon ever. They do not care about their customers. I went in on 2/3 and got a full set and was told to try the dip. After sitting in the chair for 3 hours while the nail tech continuously re-did their work because it wasn't sitting right I was charged $55. I appreciate the time he took to make sure it looked good but exactly one week later 1 nail just popped off. I thought weird? And put some nail glue on it and went about my day. Then the next day 2 more popped off. WHAT! That never happens. Here I am 10 days after getting a full set and I am missing 6 nails! I just went in today 2/13 to have them fix their mistake. I was greeted at the door and told to sit. I sat and waited 15 minutes without anyone saying anything. I left. Their was a man sitting in a chair drinking water, another lady on her phone and people just putting away nail polish. They were not busy! I am a very patient person and gave them the opportunity to fix their mistake before taking to this review but they lost a costumer forever. I will never step foot into this nail place ever again. $55 for nails that dont even last a week! Total rip off!

Beautiful place ! The staff are terrific, no waiting, everyone does a Great job ! Perfect gift or special occasion with the girls !

I Love them everytime I'm in! I never need an appointment I pop in around my work schedule and they are always accommodating. they also do great kid designs and treated my daughters great

This is the worst Nail experience I have ever had. The manager was so rude and she lied to me, insisting that I was late and that was the reason I had to wait for 50 minutes with my feet sitting in the water until it got cold, before they even started the pedicure. I am home now even though I waited under the dryer for 15 minutes three of my nails are ruined and I have to take off all of the polish. I spent over $200 because I brought my daughter and two of her friends and I talked to the manager and asked her to give me a discount because I had such a bad experience and she was absolutely not caring and gave excuses for everything. The woman doing my nails, was kind but there was nothing she could do working for such unprofessional and dishonest people.
