I booked a appointment two weeks prior into coming into the actual shop but as I enter the salon, I immediately noticed how everyone in the shop was looking at me confused. No one greeted me or said hello until a young lady approached me an didn't even say hello to start just blankly said " I'm sorry we don't DO your type of hair," which I have a 4C hair type so I asked again to clarify so I repeated. " I'm sorry you said you don't specialize in African American hair an she said No we do not. I felt so upset an really wanted to talk to the owner to figure out how she owns a hair salon and doesn't specialize in doing any hair type. I just want to recommend to all my fellow Black woman that if your around the following area looking for a quick do this is not the place they DO NOT DO AFRICAN AMERICAN HAIR ONLY AN STRICTLY STRIGHT HAIR. Such a shame...
