Worst nail experience ever if I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment at 5:30, I got there around 5:20 and was told to pick out my color, I did and sat there while the lady slurped her soup and watched some soap opera show for about 20 minutes. I even said "I chose my color" to see if she would start my manicure, she didn't. When she finally started, around 6:05, Her phone went off about 10 times and each time she stopped to respond back and even took a phone call while doing my nails.
While she was putting the first coat of ANC on my nails I asked if it was the right color I chose because it was sparkly and I didn't want that. We chose a different one together that worked for me however since it is ANC she didn't take the first color off, just kept dipping the new one. This made my nails very thick. I asked her to file them down since now they looked chunky and felt heavy and it seemed as if I was bothering her or inconveniencing her to do that (I was the only one in the shop). I left with my nails looking like they are textured because they were so bumpy. I was scared to ask her to file them down more and make them look even worse.
She filed them down some however they were not rounded out or shaped square like I had asked. When she asked me to go wash my hands I did she said theres towels in the towel warmer. The towels were brown and crusty and and the towel warmer looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. When I turned around to go back to my chair she was picking her nose and continued to do my nails without washing her hands... gross.
The shop is a mess and absolutely disgusting inside and out, there is no way it would pass any sort of inspection. Forget the fact that she took a fly swatter out in the middle of my appointment and then put it down right next to me. Gross. The couch has blankets and pillows on it as if someone sleeps there or takes a nap on it.
Needless to say I will not be returning to this "Nail Salon" and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amy is amazing! Called at last minute and she was so nice! Helped me pick out fabulous colors too! No complaints at all!

What can I say I have been going here for 9 years now and Ami is the best at everything she does!
