Was recommended to go here by a friend. Had an amazing experience. Vincent was so good. He did stuff I have never had done before to my nails just to have them last and look good longer. He also showed me a new technique of using a magnetic strip to create a cat eye. I'm in love with it. Will definitely be back and telling all my friends.

Ive been going here ever since they opened and I used to love them so much. I was so happy to finally find a place that cared about their customer's experience. But in the last year alone, as they've picked up traction and popularity, they've lost sight of their original drive. I've never had dip or acrylic pop off my nails so fast (and no I'm not rough on my hands). While I'm there, I keep getting placed with Vincent and he cuts at least 4 of my fingers every single time because he spends more time looking at the front door than he does my nails. The last time I was there I could feel the heat of the file on my nail bed and was I actually feared that he was going to break through the bed. I pulled my fingers away a couple times because the pain was that bad and he'd just pull the finger back and keep filing away at it. There was one time that my roommate had a family emergency at 2a and left town, so she didn't make it to our appointment that was set for the exact time they opened. The store was closed so there was no way for me to tell them that she would not make it. I did tell them when I checked in, but instead of being understanding, 3 separate employees got upset with me and told me "that's a slot we could have had for a different appointment, you need to call us next time." But I'm sorry, the shop was closed and you can't help emergencies popping up. I'm so sad that my experience has changed so drastically, I couldn't rave about this place enough last year. But after 4 bad experiences in a row, I just can't do it anymore.

Very nice environment, and nice staff. Prompt friendly service. This was my first time going there and I was 100% satisfied with there quality of work. Will recommend to others.

My first time there and my experience was great!!! Liam was fantastic and as gentle as could be. Didnt feel rushed just totally relaxed. Definitely plan on going back!!
