Got my hair done at the ulta salon for the first time WORST experience Ever paid 220 dollars literally for nothing my hair looked the exact same from when I arrived , I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted and we came to an agreement, a little bit after she advised me “ so it’s looking kinda Carmel which I think looks better “ after waiting and waiting she was just complaining about how they were about to close and that they only had a few minutes left ‘ I told her I didn’t like my roots and she said well you can come whenever and they can fix it ‘ I was so upset at the fact that she didn’t care to fix my hair my hair . Her name was Rachel .

I LOVE this place!! Makeup selection is amazing and they always have the hottest and newest products on the market! I spend way to much time and money here! The employees are always so helpful and nice. Used to get my brows done here until my eyebrow lady started her own business. The place is always clean and I love how you are able to sample the products. There is a full service hair salon there as well!! All ur beauty needs can be found here!

Here’s the deal. This Ulta has great service on the customer end. They are very helpful and always nice. The main problem is when it comes to deals and coupons. Most of this is Ulta’s own fault not the employees. However, there are times that the employees don’t explain why they can’t apply the coupon/deal very well. In some cases employees wouldn’t let me use my points because I needed to tell them about my points before they ring me up. This isn’t how it is at any other Ulta. The biggest problem I have is the salon at this store. I feel like it is a scam. I understand hair care is expensive, but the last few times I’ve been it has been $250+ for a color and cut. I could go to another salon that could do just as well and spend $125 which is much more reasonable. The hairstylists do very well, but they’ll apply things to your hair that hikes up the price without telling you. I will continue to shop here because I love Ulta. I will sadly never use their salon services anymore because they are scamming me.

Always love coming here. My sister had a couple returns, and I know those can be annoying when the store is busy, but the girls there didn't mind and helped us pick out other items as well. Big selections and good prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
