I am new to Chicago and trying out new places. My biggest regret is coming here, I should have listened to the reviews but I live right by it and needed a nail fill. I got a short fill no design and she used my natural nail for 3 nails after she took off 3 nails to get more money and then charged me $10 per nail she took off. For that? I could have just gotten a full set somewhere else. They overcharge and I will continue my nail search somewhere else which is unfortunate because I live right next to it.

I have been going to Get Nail'd for almost 1.5 years now. There is a reason they always have appointments available. Don't get me wrong---they've done a good job occasionally. However, I have argued with whoever was doing my nails almost every time because they shaped them weirdly, the nail polish wasn't on the whole nail, or there was some other issue that they thought I wouldn't notice. Also, they talk about me when I go in there. To be fair, I don't understand their language but I get a sense. Lastly, they are way over priced for the quality. I will never go there again after the way they botched my nails this time (for a whopping $140- no chip acrylic refill and regular pedicure) and you would be better off staying away as well.

I recently just moved to the city & was so excited to try a new nail place. This by far has been the worst experience I’ve had getting my nails done. I am an esthetician and proper protocols were not implemented at all. This place was super dirty I was uncomfortable. Jenny did my acrylic; she was rushing & very aggressive with the tool used. Diana did my pedicure and was also super rushed. This place OVERCHARGES. I paid $70 for a FILL & a 10 minute pedicure was $35!?!? You would think the service would be better considering the pricing and the location. I will not be back!!

Staff was very nice and helpful but as I looked at my acrylic manicure more and more I am very disappointed because it was $65 and I feel like I could do better at home. I asked for oval and the sides were taken down way too much leaving a weird upwards tilt, and the acrylic/ paint was applied unevenly. Way too expensive to be this flawed. I ended up taking the polish off that night and trying to shape them a little better but it didn’t do much good. No complaints about the regular pedicure though.

Oh they are so professional. And it was just a great time tbh.
