The nail tech wasn't friendly and she cut my cuticle so deeply, which caused bleeding and she didn't even apologize. Will never come back to this salon. I DO NOT recommend coming here at all!!

No all techs, if they really are techs, are not the same. My experiences have been up and down. Today was very disappointing starting from the receptionist..did not make me feel very welcome. The same with the girl that did my pedicure...no personality. I put the chair back where I was comfortable, she moved it up again.. I moved it back...who's supposed to be comfortable, the client or the technician?? Then right of the bat she cut me..thank God I wasn't bleeding, after that I felt like she just rushed me right along. On the other hand the time before I had Cathy, very pleasant, and she did a great job. If I go back I'll be sure to ask for her.

By far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. The only reason they're still open is because they're in Chapel View otherwise they would have been shut down. Owners are very rude and you certainly don't get what you pay for!

This place is wonderful. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They do exactly what you ask them to do and my nails look PERFECT! Would definitely recommend.

Nice place, but nothing different from other Chinese places, I asked for 3 different designs for my nail and I end up with no nail polish, because the only answer was no, I could get same thing for less price
