I've been going here for years now! And as long as you stick to what you are going in for then you shouldn't have a prob! As for the service you choose what you want by a paper and that is what you get! As for the woman who chose to put a pic up of her foot??? Obviously didn't get A pedi because I've NEVER walked out with my feet looking like that..yes maybe if you walked out barefoot in the parking lot after your service but NOT! Shame on you for posting that knowing you LIED because even if you were in a spa chair and had your feet IN THE WATER your foot would be hydrated! So shame on YOU! I get my nails done twice a month and they know what I want when I walk in! No questions no pushing no nothing! Yes, they make ask from time to time if I wouod like a pedi but, thats them doing thwir BUSINESS!! And they even have went out of their way for some with flowers for a bridal group, baby announcement, and more! So treat them right and you get treated right! And as for the " talking in your language" YOU decided to go in THWIR BUSINESS if you want all AMERICAN and ENGLISH then go to a high end spa w//nails and pedi and we are all adults and I think by now you should know when someone is talking about you or ""your feet""" lmao!! If they are that bad.. stay home!

If I could give them a lower rating I would. Horrible experience, my nails look awful! I started with a pedicure and that was at best decent.
However the nail technicians started switching customers including me, half finishing steps, not finishing my nails. My manicure was awful from start to finish. Switching technicians continued ending with my french tips different lengths and uneven. My cuticles are choppy looking and you can see the white tips of my natural nails under the uneven gel polish. When I asked about it, I was told "your done, you can go". I was charged more than other nail salons in the area for a job that is embarrassing to walk around with.

I like the massaging chairs the best. I think it is rude that their employees speak to each other in non-English. They could be laughing at my feet & I'd never know! I also think the upsell is overdone, so I'm just explicit about what I want.
