This place is a really good option if you’re wanting to get your nails done with a cool and modern environment, the whole place makes me feel like royalty because of all the decorations and chandeliers, the manager/owner is so sweet and the staff could do a little better with greetings but their wonderful work and and art pays off, they do their best to make your experience wonderful. I’ve been going to this nail place for almost 3 years, and I feel comfortable going here. My favorite nail artist was Henry, but I haven’t seen him lately. Anyway, I’ll be coming back and this is my go-to nail place :))

I got Esme. Let me tell you she was very unprofessional. Had attitude from the start from picking a color I asked for her opinion on which red would complement my skin tone and she responded with “im not sure please hurry up, i have another client in a couple minutes” looking down at her watch. Then kept being rough with the filer and kept burning my cuticles and never apologized even after I jumped. I kept calm the whole time despite the rudeness. When I told her about a nail that looked a little slanted she roughly start filing then grabbed by hand and completely turned it around in my face saying if it looked better. She then asked me if I wanted a different tech very irritated. I did not go in there with attitude or causing any trouble and kept calm through the whole thing. Do not request this tech. She really need to learn better customer service.

Lana did my pedicure and dip nails, she was super friendly and can carry on a great conversation, the place was super elegant, not to mention the variety of cocktails and drinks they have, I highly recommend this place.

Last time I got my nails done here it was great, Henry did my nails, I notice he doesn’t work here anymore does anyone know if he works elsewhere?

I should have read the reviews before I went. The guy (Logan) doing my nails shaved my cutical off with the rotary tool. It was bleeding. Left acrylic under my nails and they like it is stuck to my skin. Then I went to get my wax and the lady (Snow) cut my lip. Wish I had never gone to this place. For the price I paid, not worth it.
